Founder & Nurse Injector
Leyla Aliyeva is the visionary founder and lead aesthetic injector at Alfa Med Spa. A medical doctor by training, she graduated from medical school overseas in 2008 and has dedicated the past decade to mastering the art and science of aesthetic medicine. Since 2015, Leyla has refined her expertise through advanced trainings across Europe and the United States, developing a signature approach that blends precision, balance, and artistry.
Currently completing her Family Nurse Practitioner program, Leyla continues to expand her clinical knowledge and commitment to evidence-based care. Her philosophy centers on enhancing natural beauty rather than changing it—focusing on subtle, harmonious results that reflect confidence and vitality. Known for her meticulous technique and compassionate care, Leyla creates a bespoke experience for every client, guided by a deep passion for aesthetics and a dedication to excellence.

Dr. Peggy Hale, DO
Medical Director
Dr. Hale is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with nearly 20 years of clinical experience. A devoted wife and mom to two teenage boys, she is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and innovative wellness solutions. Peggy is excited to be the Medical Director for Alfa Med Spa, and partner with amazing professionals to bring cutting-edge treatments and a personalized, uplifting experience to the community.
Stephanie Brader, NP
Weight Loss/Wellness & Laser Specialist
Stephanie Brader APRN, CNP, an AANP Certified Nurse Practitioner, brings over 13 years of clinical experience to Alfa Med Spa. She earned a Masters of Science in Nursing from The Ohio State University and worked in primary care for 10 years with Ohio Health. She has dedicated the last 4 years of her practice to medical aesthetics. Stephanie believes in thoroughly discussing treatment plans and setting realistic expectations to ensure clients are informed and comfortable throughout their journey.
Leyla Guirlinge, RN
Graduated from Mt Carmel College of Nursing with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science and gained incredible work experience working as a registered nurse for more than 23 years. I’ve always had a strong interest in Cosmetic Therapy, so in 2021 I accomplished a certification in Cosmetic Therapy for Electrolysis, Thermolysis and the Blend from the Southeastern School of Laser and Electrolysis-Lexington, KY. Then in 2024 I became certified in laser hair removal through the Cosmetic Therapy Training Center in Columbus, OH. I have been working successfully in hair removal for two and a half years. My passion is to provide highly skilled cosmetic therapy and caring customer service to all of my clients.

Esthetician
With over 15 years of experience in Europe and the U.S., our esthetician offers expert care in every treatment. Jane specializes in lymphatic drainage facials, chemical peels, and lash lifts, using modern techniques with a personal touch to bring out natural beauty and support healthy skin. As a skilled makeup artist, she knows how to highlight each client’s best features while keeping the look fresh and elegant. Always passionate about her work, she continues to learn and train to provide safe, effective, and up-to-date treatments.

Esthetician
Mila Feshchenko is a passionate Advanced Esthetician dedicated to helping every client feel confident in their own skin. With advanced certifications in skincare and body treatments, she blends modern technology with a gentle, personalized touch. Mila believes beauty begins with balance—her goal is to create relaxing, results-driven experiences that leave your skin glowing and refreshed.
